This policy gives a description on how i ("me" or "my") collect, store,
and use information about you applying to all of my games on mobile
devices, PCs or on other platforms in order to provide you and develop
my products.
All my activities regarding marketing and advertising and other
services (“Services”) are governed by this Privacy Policy on all
platforms that using or accessing a Service means you have agreed to
the use of your information in compliance with this Privacy Policy.
If there’s any concern regarding providing your information to me or
you disagree it being used as described in this Privacy Policy, please
do not install or use the Services.

HOW I COLLECT AND USE INFORMATION
I collect information as described below. My primary goals in
collecting and using information is to create your account, provide
Services to you, improve my Service, contact you, conduct research and
create reports for internal use. I store only a limited information
about game stats in my in house servers.
IOS AND ANDROID PLATFORMS
I may collect and record certain information such as your unique device
ID, hardware type, media access control ("MAC") address, the version of
your operating system ("OS"), your device name, your email address (if
you have connected to Facebook), and your location (based on your
Internet Protocol ("IP") address). This information is useful to me for
troubleshooting and helps me understand usage trends.
CUSTOMER SERVICE
I may collect your email address when you contact me and i may use that
email address to contact you about your gaming experience with my games
and notify you about news and promotions.
GAME DATA COLLECTION
I may collect data about all of your interactions with my games and with the other players inside the game via server log files.
COOKIES
Like many websites, i use server log files and automated data
collection tools, such as cookies and web beacons (collectively, "Data
Collection Tools") when you access my Service and/or use the Site. I
tie the information gathered by these means to my customers’ personally
identifiable information. These Data Collection Tools automatically
track and collect certain technical information that your computer or
device sends to my Site such as your IP addresses, browser types,
browser language, referring and exit pages, URLs, platform type, the
number of clicks, domain names, landing pages, clickstream data, pages
viewed and the order of those pages, the amount of time spent on
particular pages, game information and the date and time of activity on
our Service, and other similar information. In some cases, i will
associate this technical information with your ID number for my
internal use. By using my Service, you consent to my use of cookies,
web beacons and Data Collection Tools.
I use cookies for a variety of reasons, including to: analyze the usage
of my Site and Service; provide a more personalized experience; manage
advertising; allow you to more easily login to my Site and Service;
help make your visit to my Site and/or use my Service more efficient
and more valuable by providing you with a customized experience and
recognizing you when you return.
THIRD PARTY SERVICES
My services may contain third party tracking tools from my service
providers, examples of which include Google Analytics and
GameAnalytics. Such third parties may use cookies, APIs, and SDKs in my
services to enable them to collect and analyze user information on my
behalf. The third parties may have access to information such as your
device identifier, Media Access Control ("MAC") address, International
Mobile Equipment Identity ("IMEI"), locale (specific location where a
given language is spoken), geo-location information, and IP address.
HOW I USE THE INFORMATION I COLLECT
I may use the information i collect through your use of the Services
for a variety of purposes, primarily related to providing and improving
the quality of my Services. For example, i may use the information i
collect in the following ways:
- Providing, administering, and facilitating your use of the Services, including the creation of game accounts;
- Managing your account preferences, establishing your Profile and Registration Information;
- Connecting you with your friends and/or contacts that are using the Services;
- Analyzing trends and user traffic to improve my Service;
- Notifying you of products, new products, services, features,
promotions, enhancements, and updates, including in-game updates,
loyalty and rewards programs, and updates to the Services and Privacy
Policy;
- Marketing my products and/or services to you, including sending you
offers, promotions information, newsletters, e-mail campaigns, and
communications regarding new, improved or existing products, contests
and/or sweepstakes;
- Resolving site problems; handling or responding to customer support questions and issues;
- Enabling user-to-user communication and interaction and soliciting input and feedback to improve user experience;
- Tracking purchases and usage information;
DISCLOSURE OF YOUR INFORMATION
I do not share your personal information except as approved by you or as described below:
- I may release your information as permitted by law or when i believe
that release is appropriate to comply with the law; enforce or apply
our rights; or protect the rights, property, or safety of me or my
users, or others. This includes exchanging information with other
companies and organizations for fraud protection.
- If you opt-in or otherwise agree to have your information shared with
a third party for marketing purposes, i will share you information with
the third party (or third parties) in which case the third party’s use
of your information is subject to the third party’s own privacy policy.
- I may share your information with third party companies that perform
services on my behalf, including payment processing, order fulfillment,
data analysis, marketing services, e-mail campaigns, hosting services,
and customer service. While providing the services for me, these
companies may access your personal information, and are required to use
it solely as directed by me for the purpose of my requested service.
- In the event that Good Job undergoes a business transition, such as a
merger, acquisition, corporate divestiture or dissolution (including
bankruptcy), or a sale of all or a portion of its assets, i may share,
disclose or transfer all of your information, including personal
information, to the successor organization in such transition.
HOW I KEEP YOUR INFORMATION SECURE
I take reasonable security measures to protect against unauthorized
access to, or unauthorized alteration, disclosure or destruction of,
sensitive data that you share and i collect and store. These security
measures may include practices such as keeping your sensitive data on a
secured server behind a firewall, transmitting sensitive information
(such as a credit card number) entered on my site or application using
secure socket layer technology (SSL), internal reviews of my data
collection practices and platforms, as well as physical security
measures to guard against unauthorized access to systems where i store
your information. Although i make good faith efforts to store the
information collected on the Service in a secure operating environment
that is not available to the public, i cannot guarantee the absolute
security of that information during its transmission or its storage on
my systems. Further, while i attempt to ensure the integrity and
security of my network and systems, i cannot guarantee that our
security measures will prevent third-party "hackers" from illegally
obtaining access to this information. I do not warrant or represent
that your information will be protected against, loss, misuse, or
alteration by third parties.
YOUR CHOICES REGARDING YOUR PERSONAL DATA
I offer you choices regarding the collection, use, and sharing of your personal data and certain anonymous data.
- When you receive newsletters or promotional communications from me,
you may indicate a preference to stop receiving further communications
from me and you will have the opportunity to "opt-out" by following the
unsubscribe instructions provided in the e-mail you receive.
- Despite your indicated e-mail preferences, i may send you service
related communication, including notices of any updates to my Privacy
Policy, terms of use, or license.
- Changes to Personal Data. You may request deletion of your Personal
Data by me, but please note that i may be required to keep this
information and not delete it (or to keep this information for a
certain time, in which case i will comply with your deletion request
only after i have fulfilled such requirements). When i delete any
information, it will be deleted from the active database, but may
remain in my archives.
Children
I do not intentionally gather personal data from users who are under
the age of 13. In the event that i learn that i have collected personal
information from a child under age 13, i will delete that information
as quickly as possible.
CHANGES TO THE POLICY
I reserve the right to change this Policy at any time. If i decide to
change this Policy, i will post those changes on this page and update
the date at the top of the page. The changes will be effective when
posted. Please check this page on a regular basis so that you remain
aware of what information i collect and how i use it.
